The wind is blowing softly, flaunting with delicious aroma coming from our colourful booth. Our energetic staff is busy registering new subscribers, giving out magazines and information, prizes, and of course, inviting the crowd to sample the Mini Sausages stir-fried with Black Bean sauce, a unique and mouth-watering West Coast recipe with an oriental twist.

Mini Sausages stir-fried with Black Bean Sauce
Ingredient
1 medium onion, cut into chunk sizes
1 pkg. Of European sausages, cut into 1” length
1 tbsp. Black Bean sauce
1 tbsp. Brown sugar
1 tsp. Hoisin sauce
1 tsp. finely chopped garlic
2 tbsp. Camellia Tea Oil
2 tbsp. Cold water
Method
1. Heat oil in wok, sizzle in garlic
2. Pour in onion, stir-fry for 15 seconds, add in
Black Bean sauce,mix well, pout in water, cover and cold for couple minutes.
3. Add in sausages; mix well; put in remaining in
gredients.
4. Stir and cook for another minute.
Ready to serve.
